We usually recommend, per cleaner, an hour per room. This allows for the deepest cleaning possible, taking away as many dirt and grime particles as possible. Our after builders cleaning service is perfect after renovation or building work. The service includes all standard cleaning tasks – like dusting, vacuuming and mopping – as well cleaning hard to reach areas & descaling of the bathroom & kitchen. A customised quote can be obtained for: Internal cleaning of windows, and window sills and frames Deep cleaning of doors, door frames, skirting boards, switches and sockets, and fixtures Deep cleaning of the entire property, including fittings like cupboards, shelves, and wardrobes. All furniture must be emptied out in advance. Cleaning and polishing of all surfaces in the property Removing limescale from kitchen and bathroom tiles Deep cleaning of sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and other bathroom fixtures Internal and external cleaning of all kitchen appliances Deep cleaning of hallways, and stairs Deep vacuuming and mopping of all floors Please note: Builders must have vacated the property, and property must be empty for this service. We can’t guarantee the best results if there is more construction/renovation work to be done after the cleaning service. We also recommend a full clean 2 weeks after the first deep clean, as there will still be builders dust in the air.
